How to make a wire circle in illustrator

 

First Circle 

1. First draw a circle by using ellipse tool (L) make sure fill is set to none and stoke is black
2. Then remove one side by using direct selection tool.(Press ctrl + X)
3. Then go to effect 3D and Revolve.
4. Select surface and select wireframe option.

 Second Circle

1. In second circle fill the shape with black and no stoke.
2. Then remove one side by using direct selection tool
3. Then go to effect 3D and Revolve.
4. Select surface and select wireframe option
